Help!!!!!!! I would like some guidance running an offseason program. We find ourselves in a situation were we are losing a great deal of athletes this season, and not having much to choose from in the up and coming season. What kind of things are you guys doing to develope young inexperienced athletes in the off season? Lifting in the morning and football in the afternoon? Weight room _ number of days and football the rest? What are you guys doing?
