I think it was Boise State that threw one off sprint out action this past weekend.

I came up with one off our best bootleg pass. It has 2 TEs and 2 WRs split on each side and a single setback. The QB fakes a dive to the left and bootlegs to his right. The LWR runs a post, the LE runs 7 and in,RE is 1st option doing a delay flat RWR clears. The play is the same execpt the LE LT LG screen block to the left and the QB stops midway thru his roll and throws it back to the RB who he faked the dive to. What do u think

We used to run one from the double slot formation. We would bring the BS slot in motion like he was going to be a pitch back. The QB would sprint out to the same side as the motion was going. The other slot would slip behind the LOS to the opposite side of the formation and set up for the screen. The SE to the side of the screen would run through the middle of the goal posts. The FB would block the end man on the LOS to the sprint out. We would hinge block with the BS (screen side) OG/OT, then they would slip to be personal protections for the screen man.
