Just curious, for those of you who have started new football programs from the ground up, what is or was the initial cost of getting the football program started? Field maintenance, equipment, everything. I want to get an idea in efforts to put together an initial budget. Also, what would you estimate is the yearly operating cost of a high school football program? Thanks.
