I need help inside the ten we sometimes fizzle out? Does anyone have some plays that help my team more successful in the red zone?

We gotta know what kind of offense you run and what. As an Iformation guy I'd say playaction pass to the FB or TE.

Ever try going on a quick count like first sound?

we run the spread. We are about 40% pass and 60% run, but we struggle to power the ball in even with two backs in the backfield.

Or even better on a silent count?
We had two plays last year on a silent count QB Sneak and Streak to the Split End.
Had both go for big TDs when we caught the LBs and DBs sleeping.
No one else moves except for the Center/QB/SE.

add a single wing series. You probably use the QB as a runner already.
I would suggest this formation. Old school unbalanced single wing. Run power to the unbalanced and then counter to the weekside. You also get bunch passing to the unbalanced side of the formation. Will give your opponents one more thing to defend.

coach, our spread was run heavy this year because we has a great rb to work with. here some of my favorites out of our playbook: What really worked for us alot was the shoot route to the rb. Quick and really hard to cover for a defense if they worry about slants alot.

For whatever reason, we have been seeing alot of cover two and zone blitzes inside the red zone and this is what we have been doing.
We have done wonders with motion out of a 2X2 it tells our Q if it is a Hard cover two or some sort of man. We motion our H and do one of two things with him in the red zone. We sit him at LB depth and run a smash route outside of him and sometimes a swing route from our F.
We will also motion him and shoot him to the flat and run a Fade from #1 and a Deep out with #2 to level the coverage.
We have also had some success with a dig from an inside receiver and a shallow underneath either from across the field to the dig or from the same side with an outside receiver.
We have had some success in an off set I open pistol set running Lead, Speed Option (It is really zone option with the Fulllback leading) and Speed trap (Q and H sprint to the F, the F stops and gets the wrap around hand off coming back the other way).

If you are seeing man coverage, bunch them up.
Otherwise, run speed option.
