Not sure how many of you play EA Sports NCAA Football, but it looks like the playbook team really outdone themselves this year. Here is a link I found on the EA Sports NCAA 09 Website about the new formations being added. www.easports.com/ncaa09/news.jsp?itemID=playbook_blog

air..I think that i have finally busted out of the curse. The game play is just too stagnant, all of the new bells and whistles have lost their charm on me.

Yea.. thats the worst part.. just a few new things here and there.. and every year.. I still buy it.. I even borrowed a friend's Xbox 360 and rented the 08 version.. hated it.. so.. oh well..

I haven't bought NCAA since NCAA 06, this might make me plunk down my 39.99.

I wish they'd actually run the triple option correctly. On the under center triple option, they don't leave anyone unblocked for you to make a true dive read. Maybe the've fixed this in recent versions as I haven't played anything later than 2005.

I have not bought it in a while (06)... I still have the original X box.. thinking of getting the PS3 the Xbox 360 or the WII(any suggestions) this will be the first game purchased.... PS3 is in the lead because of the free online play.... what about a coachhuey league?

I think I am going to go back to PS2 for NCAA 09. The XBOX 360 playbooks are always behind. In 08 on 360, there is no mesh play, no jet sweep from under center, no counter option in Navy playbook. I think I am going to go back to old school.

I mean I have a 360 but I never play NCAA on it because I play it on ps2 because online is free and better gameplay second of all a coachhuey league would be awesome

When I did a dynasty with Navy, I customscheduled pretty much all odd front teams so I could kill them with the dive part of the option ;D I had decided I wasn't buying this year's game to save $, but that blog has me thinking.

Im not doing football 24/7.. I may decide to only get 5 hours of sleep tonight instead of 6 and will play an hour of PS2.. Heck, its summer..
