Our weight room is located in the balcony of the gym. Every summer our gym gets closed down for two weeks so the floor can be re-finished and as a result we are out of the use of our weight room. We are unable to use our benches, squat racks, etc. My question is "Can anyone help me out with a routine I can have our players do using dumbbells and plates to help maintain their strength while we wait to get back in the weight room? We can move some of the olympic bars, plates and dumbbells to our locker room but it's too much to move the benches, racks etc. I'd like to do some kind of station work (with dumbbells,plates) and then do our running workout. I'm just looking for ideas of what types of exercises and things I could do with about 40-50 kids. Any ideas anyone might have to help our kids maintain the strength they have gained during the off-season would be appreciated. Thanks.
