That's a ton of freaking plays.
I hope you are splitting this all up so that it isn't 3 hours of constant scrimmaging.
I am good but I don't know if I am that good.

is this self scout or versus an opponent? its a 3 team scrimmage with each #1 getting 30 plays each.. The other 40 will be 2's and 3's.

I think you should be fine. You may want to rotate each team with your 2's incase time runs out.

How are you formatting? Make sure and try to work it so that nobody is wanting a "break" (which would be wasted time)

The 3rd team is my old team and they are 1a and will be playing the 3rd teams from both other teams. They will serve as a break point for the big boys.

What if you ran 15 play sessions. Team A, B, C.
A O vs. B D A D vs C O B O vs C D A D vs. B O A O vs C D B D vs C O
If you keep the tempo then 15 plays shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. So at this point you've run your 1's vs everyone, your O and D both have run 30 plays, no team has a really long break, and you're at 1.5 hours.
Then you repeat the cycle with your two's and three's. Gets you in around 3 hours and your 1's aren't getting too many reps.

Had to play back to back on scrimmage day last season, only team that did, Two quarters per scrimmage, so we essentially played a full game when everyone else had a half or an hour or more break.
Lost one game on the final play after blowing first and goal, and tied the game after 0-0 with them @ our 2 yard line with time out. Very humid as well, I wouldn't have minded playing back to back at the end of the day instead of the middle. We were better for having gone winless in scrimmage. The kids came back hungrier to win big.
I'm looking forward to working in more MPP sets so we can have everyone play. The league really doesn't enforce MPP entirely, and other teams field entire squads for each side and still have a lot of non participants. We need to get more people into the game plan and will have to regardless, three of our top four skills are gone(all of our feature backs).

I like ending a scrimmage with an overtime period using overtime rules so that you know them and are used to them before the season starts.
