... Guys we lost our first Youth Game (14 - 18 Years) with 62 - 02 most heads where down after the game!! Any thoughts on the next week training schedule or how to make them feel good? Next game is 18th May. By the way it was 44 - 00 at the half

Drill them in recover steps.

Coach, sad to say I have been in this situation as a player (yet to happen in my 2 years of coaching thankfully). The question is, why did they lose like this? Was your team simply outclassed and going up against bigger, stronger and faster players? Or did your team not execute and let a game that should have been much closer get out of hand? What happened when things got tough, did your players hang their heads and quit or did they still give great effort every snap? These questions determine how I would handle the situation. You don't want to beat them down too much, but you want to let them no this result is NOT ACCEPTABLE, especially if it was due to mental errors and a lack of effort or execution. If your team tried and competed as well as they could, and the other team was just that much better, then move on and try to motivate your team to improve as much as possible. Good luck coach, I know this situation can be tough to deal with.

Go back to Fundamentals, there is no substitute for good footwork, blocking and tackling.

I too say go with fundamentals. You don't win with bells and whistles.
And good luck with the next game- you're in a tough spot.
