Anybody have any rules or info regarding a 7 on 7 tournament or league? We are looking to establish one and need some info. Thanks.

Scoring: 1. Automatic 7 points for a touchdown. 2. Teams may elect to go for 2 from the 10-yd line, but risk losing the automatic point. 3. 3 points will be awarded for interceptions. (None on conversions attempts.)
Field: 1. 40 yards long, regulation width, 10-yd end zone. 2. 3 downs to get to the 20-yd line for first down, 4 downs to score.
Playing Rules: 1. All Offensive formations must contain at least 1 back. 2. Every other week will alternate Zone / Man for Defensive coverages. 3. All games will be 25 minutes in length with running clock. Timeout for injury only. 4. Each team will have 7 players on the field at all times. Center is ineligible and must snap or pitch the ball to the quarterback. 5. There is no rushing allowed (all pass) and the ball carrier is down when he is touched anywhere by a defender. Interceptions are down when possession is secured. 6. The quarterback has 4 seconds to throw the ball. If the 4 seconds expires, the ball comes back to the LOS, loss of down. 7. 25-second game clock will be in effect. Loss of down and 5-yards for infractions. 8. The offense will have 3 downs to get to the 20-yd line for first down, 4 downs to score from there. 9. All fumbles will be blown dead at the point of the fumble with the offense maintaining possession. 10. No blocking, holding, tackling, or any non-incidental contact allowed. 11. 5-yard penalties include illegal motion, offsides, illegal formations and delay of game. 12. 10-yard penalties include blocking, tackling, pass interference, and holding. 13. Flagrant contact, trash talking, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in an immediate ejection from that game without warning. Fighting will result in expulsion for summer. 14. In case of a tie, overtime will consist of each team having 2 plays to score from the 10-yard line. If there is a 2nd tie, we will move back to the 40 and each team has two plays to move the ball down the field. The team that moves it the farthest wins.
those are the rules we use - 1 & 2 are specific to our league.
