have you gotten any box-sets DVD from NFL films? The Inside the Vault 1960-1970 box set is awesome...

Don't know how I missed this thread! When I was in Jr. High - BEFORE cable, ESPN, and FOX (Monday Night Football came on when I was a 9th grader!) - there was the NFL Today on Saturday Afternoons with Pat Summural and Tom Brookshier. All the NFL games/highlites from the week before with all of the great music from NFL Films. Boy, those music tracks really take me back! I will also second the NFL Inside the Vault. Great Stuff!

The Inside the Vault 1960-1970 box set is awesome... they make you feel REAAALLY old, though The Box Sets of Super Bowls is another one...there are like 4 box sets that cover decades of suepr bowls.....with vignettes on some of "super stars" of those games. The George Halas vignette on "Behind the Vault" is a thing of beauty.

I can't recall the last time I saw "vignette" worked into a post by Brophy. And he Did it twice!
