This is what we do:
Monday (JV game night): 3:25 - 5:25 (conditioning, lifting, film) Tuesday: 3:25 - 5:25 Wednesday: 3:25 - 5:25 Thursday: 3:25 - 5:00 Friday: Game night (or afternoon)
I coach in a small school that co-ops with a neighboring school district. It takes their bus about 10 minutes to get here. We also need to have them on the bus by 5:35 so they arrive back by 5:45. These are two farming communities and the parents need the boys home. I wish I could change it & go a little longer but these are the cards I am dealt. It definitely forces us to use our time wisely and keep consistent flow to practice.

Those are long days for the COACHES, too! If I wanted to miss dinner with my family watching practice film, I'd still be coaching in college!

We used to go 3:30 till 6:00 PM except day before the game. THis year I've pledged to the kids and the coaches that we will be more effiecient (all of us!) and strive to be done by 5:30 - 5:45 PM. 2 days a week (usually Monday and Wednesday) we do video from 3:00 - 4:0 and then hit the field, those days have been our 5:45 practices.

that's about our (old) schedule as well....except no weekends (used to, but found it to be too big of a headache). M--330 - 630 T--330 - 630 W--330 - 630 TH-330 - 430 F-- 400 - 1030
** Coaches put in a buttload of extra hours though for preparation to make the practices fly by.
