For you fellow Mac guys out there: We are way more limited on the programs available to us for editing video. The two contenders I've looked into are the TD Video (made by the same folks that make Playmaker Pro) and a couple of options by a company called Braintree Athletics; Video Editing for all Coaches (VEC) and Coaches Video Assistant (CVA). In know Braintree make a Windows version too, so if anyone is familiar with either of these, I'd love a critique.
The VEC program is $250 and I've downloaded and played with the trial version. It seems simple and has few bells and whistles, but I think it will do everything I need it to do. I wonder sometimes if the neat and cool toys some of these other systems come up with are really that helpful to the average head coach (doing the editing on his own...if at all).

I have a brand new version of td videoware for sale...I bought it and then the school came through with DSV. I will make a deal if you want to buy it. Talk to the Grand Valley State guys about it. They have used it for four national championships.
