Looks like we will have West Virginia vs Missouri. Nice to see two "new" era powers go at it. What ya think??

WVU has played for a title before and has been a fairly consistent top 25 program for the last 20 years or so. Mizzou is another story, have had talent, have not produced results, they looked good last night.

I think that would be a super exciting championship game! However, I don't think either is the best team in the nation. I think USC, Florida, and Georgia are the three best teams right now. Just my opinion.

I agree, please not Ohio State again!
Let's not jinx it though! Missouri has Oklahoma now, and I wouldn't bet money on them closing the deal. I hope they do, but I'm not going to count on it. West Virginia still has their hated rival Pitt. I know Pitt's terrible, but that's one of those "if we only win one game this year..." games.

Not only that, but is Dave Wannstadt on the hot seat? There can't be too many people really happy with Pitt football since he has taken over...

Yeah, I would imagine he (Wannstadt) is on the hot seat? He needs to go back and be a coordinator in the NFL. I don't think he's head coaching material. I think he had a little success at Chicago and Miami, but overall, it never seems to work out. Him and Norv Turner need to coordinate and not try to do it all.
My hope is West Virginia has to battle Pitt and only wins by a TD or two. Then Missouri beats Oklahoma and vaults over WV to #1 in the BCS. Cocky Missouri facing a p*ssed off West Virginia...ooohhh, aaahhh!!!! The spread at work! Throwing it all around vs. the 3-3-5! Wooooo!!!! Can't wait!!!

i havent watched missouri at all except last night and was pretty impressed. chase daniel was looking good. west virginia has looked great all year. the tendency to turn the ball over has been the only reason they have even played in close games, as well as why they lost one.
i dont think it would be the battle of the two best teams in the country, but it would be an entertaining game with two teams who earned the spot in the system we're stuck with.
please beat oklahoma!! i really want ohio state to play usc...

If Mizzou beats Oklahoma, then they deserve to be there. And West Virginia has been consistant all year as well. I would still put in 1-loss Kansas over OSU if Okahoma beats Mizzou.
I think both Mizzou & KU are legit this season. LSU, OSU, Florida, etc... too inconsistant all year long.

An old friend of mine, Trenile Washington, plays for Mizzou so I'll be on their side.
