What exactly are you looking for? cheapest possible tshirt? It's been a while since I had reason to do tshirt run, but I got them for just under $5 a piece for a lot of around a 100. white t, 1 color graphic, front only. I did it for a camp, so I knew pretty much to the number I needed b/c it was a prepay camp. I just went with a local guy that did lots of jobs for the school and youth league, so I don't know if it was a deal or just what it cost. I think it was $100 set up fee and then so much a shirt... totaled out to right at $500 If you're looking for a way to make some shirts, and possibly make money, or at the very least not get stuck with a bunch of unused shirts; try a company like TeeSpring. You create an account, make up the design, post an online campaign and sell shirts. You can set a goal so that if you don't meet the goal, not shirts are printed and nobody gets charged. The best part is, you can create a design and have it on any number of different types of products - girl cut tshirts, hoodies, tank tops, long sleeve, premium tees, etc... more expensive, but a lot less hassle since they do the work. You can have the shirts come to you for pick up, or sent so that the individual pays to have it shipped directly to them. It's a pretty good set up, especially if your talking about getting 50+.

Coach,
I am sure there is a small local ma-pa shop in your town. Go to them they want to help you, trust me they want you to buy T-shirts from them. Most will not charge you for graphic set up and design if you buy X# of shirts. Most have some College or HS IT geek working for them on the cheap who would love to design your shirts. I use a relative who has a small shop. I pay like $8-$10 bucks a T-shirt.....less of its 1 color design....

I used impactshirts.com/ when I was on the board of a little league that had 800 kids in it and I used them when I was a middle school coach over a program with 19 kids in it. And I used them for various other sizes in between. I got excellent service no matter the size of my order. They will ship anywhere in the US. Excellent design and product very reasonably priced. They have a lot of samples on their website. I don't know if they have the athletic gear on their sites but they do sell it.

Just got an order back from Pro-Tuff Decals. Was supposed to be here by Friday. It showed up two days early. Quality shirts. I almost went with a local guy, but Pro Tuff saved me about $100. Free shipping. Easy to work with. JMO. www.protuffdecals.com
