I was at a clinic recently and one of the free gifts was a nice pen. The writing end can also serve as a stylus for a touch screen device when the pen is retracted. So where am I going with this? The top of the pen is a twist up crayon with a plastic cap that fits over it.
What's the purpose of a crayon? Do a lot of college coaches use crayons to mark on their laminated game plans? It's a cool pen I am just wondering what I am missing when it comes to the crayon feature. I am trying to figure this out.

Before HUDL playbook and script cards I used crayons for scout cards. That's all I had in my classroom because they were 10 cents a pack and I was too cheap to buy Sharpies. I always drew up our side of the ball in our school color and the scout team in the opponents color. I missed the color a little when I started doing scripts on hudl.

Maybe it’s to color in the logo on your visor?
