Netflix or another online streaming service could probably make it happen.
It’d make great content for them with the behind the scenes and full access and it would give them streaming of live sports with an easily accessible library.
the biggest factor would be getting some innovative football coaches from lower levels running a variety of systems. I think that’s one of the biggest issues with the NFL. It’s just became a very bland and generic product.

There are numerous good alternatives to kickoffs.
What about Onside late in game?
i.e. How does trailing team that scores in last minute or less have a chance to get ball back and win or tie?
I believe the one I've seen is that if you opt for the onside, you get the ball at the 35 and it's 4th and 10. I might not have the details exactly right, but it's a 4th and long, deep withing your territory. I don't know if I like 10, or ever 15. I've seen way more 4th and really long plays work than I have onside kicks.

We need a true NFL Europe again. Eliminates the need for London expansion talk. And it would serve as a minor league in a sense. Give opportunities to a lot of undrafted guys. Would give opportunities for scout team players to play.
You could have a 16 team league across Europe (not Germany dominant like the last one was). Each team has 2 teams it feeds to (AFL/NFL). Easy.
I believe it would be much more financially feasible this time around and would serve as the developmental and prove it place for the scout team guys.

If you say the NFL why would they pay for it? Because I believe it can be profitable there. Europe market is bigger there now then it was a decade ago. I think the tv share could be good too. With the time zone adjustment the games would start at like 8am to 11am eastern (like English premier league) when nothing else is on - especially in the spring. I am sure the tv share could be solid too. Nbc and fox already have european soccer in that time slot though (which is absolutely KILLING it rating wise) so that would leave espn... but that would be a good investment for espn to get into that. The contracts could be an extension of practice squad contracts. I think there are plenty of people that would tune in at 9 am to drink beer and watch Johhny Manziel lead the London Tallywhackers agains RG3 and the Amsterdam Clogs

I think they should start a feeder league, here was a few buddies of mine came up with in college:
8 teams, 1 team for each division. Each team holds the rights to 10 or so players, the rest on the team are FA. Try to get 4 teams clustered into a certain area that a bus ride to games are attainable. Play 6 games, a home and home with each 4 team cluster, then do a playoff, top 2 from each and bottom two from each. That way all teams get 8 games. This would be similar to the G league in basketball, except teams are shared.
