Hey Guys,
I know this should be in the Job section, but more people visit this part and I really need some advice. I have coached at the same place for the last 3 years. It was where I played at so there was no interview, no resume, i just got hired. Now I have recently graduated from college and I am getting ready to apply for my first "real" coaching job. I was just wondering what kind of stuff is important to put in a coaching resume? Thanks and I hope I dont sound stupid for asking that.

I think we'll all say experience must be on there and referrences are a must. Mine has, in this order: PROFESSIONAL STRENGTHS (just a brief list of my strengths, which is basically saying what I've done) COACHING EXPERIENCE (schools, position, level, dates, records, etc.) PLAYING EXPERIENCE (high school and college, schools, dates, positions played, records, awards, dates) REFERENCES (names, positions, school, phone number and email)
