could you elaborate more on the game week schedule for increasing recovery? what does workday 2.0 mean? Move to perform? Workday and workday 2.0 are high intensity and volume days. The have a formula they use (difficulty x minutes) and that number is the intensity of the day. Workdays are high, other days are very low. Move to perform was basically a walkthru. Very low intensity and as short as comfortable with. A 90 minute x 1 difficulty would only be a 90 intensity day. They said the average had to be around 500 for them to not see dropoffs in performance. If workdays were up in the 800+, then the recovery of a 90 day is enough to stimulate the muscular system, but not tax the nervous system.

Isn't that REAL Man thing a copy of that coach that committed suicide? seems weird someone would copy it and say it was his own? What were the chalk wars like..They asked me to do one in VA but I am scheduled for another clinic that day

jgordon1He made sure he talked the 1st 5 minutes about where he got it and tried to make sure everyone in the room knew the situation with Frank. He had terminal bone cancer and it was at the point where it would have been excruciating pain 24-7 until if just ended. His family still runs his foundation and I email them from time to time. Frank was a great guy and I have a complete set of his stuff that he sent me before he died. There are a lot of people who use Frank's stuff. I use it as often as I can as a coordinator in my position/group meetings with just the offensive kids.

He was a friend and a great guy. His parents contacted me and asked me to speak on the program whenever I speak at clinics. I don’t make a single penny on the program. The money raised goes to the foundation Frank started to fund scholarships for inner city kids. I use the program and love talking about it.
