I have been to many clinics, but not a Glazier.
Long story short, as I transitioned from an AD to an Assistant I am on a tighter budget.
What can I expect from the Clinic? Do they provide food like the colleges do? I am assuming no as I didnt see anything on the website about it.

no food
Glazier is great because of the scale in the industry they control
They have a lot of clinics, they have a lot of speakers They have a lot of stuff int he online vault
you cant beat the value in that for 479 your ENTIRE staff gets access to EVERYTHING
The speakers dont always incredibly go in depth but some do
you are on your own for food/drinks
Lots of vendors the first night and half of the saturday... they all tend to pack it up saturday evening
You can always tell who the diehards are because they are still there sunday morning til it ends

Print out the schedule and pick what speakers you want to listen to ahead of time.
Pick out a back up for each session. As mentioned above some speakers don't go into great depth. And some of the college guys don't go into anything that you can apply to the HS. Don't want to waste a session listening to a bad speaker or something you can't use.

Wear a suit and tie, it's very formal don't want to stand out as a first timer without one.

Backup speakers are KEY! Saves you two hours about one in ten times. Try to pick guys that you don't think will have too much continuity between sessions.
Try to pick speakers you think are operating 1-2 notches above you. For most HS coaches that's around the small college area.
Prioritize speakers, they make it worthwhile, then topics, then things like level or success. A good speaker makes it all better.
Go to the grocery store and get some beer, snacks, and breakfast. You don't want to be stuck fighting the lines at the bar all weekend. Get something healthy for breakfast, I'm partial to parfaits.
On that note, whenever you're eating take the healthiest option available. Eventually you'll be forced to choose between nachos and wings. If you've been eating like a normal human that's delicious, but if you've been eating deep fried chocolate-covered processed cheese for eight straight meals it won't feel so good.

I will second get breakfast somewhere and make it reasonably healthy
when i go to clinics i figure i might pig out on dinner... maybe get a burger for lunch but i try to keep breakfast relatively clean
also a big fan of buying your own snacks and bringing them with you maybe a protein bar or something if you get hungry during a session but its between breaks
i usually keep a 5 hour energy on me just in case or you could just get coffee but often times those hotel starbucks lines get PACKED

I was at the Minneapolis Clinic this weekend, did anyone else think the vendors were really thin this year or have I just been going to clinics long enough to get number to them.
I didn't see Hudl there, I also didn't see the table with 1,000,000 coaches choice DVDs.
