Coaches,
Looking for feedback from coaches in states that regulate/limit the number of players that a coach can work with during the off-season. We have a group of 15 or so kids that want to get together and work some basic throwing/routes one day a week before school. We are putting it off for a few more weeks, as I think we currently just need to focus on our lifting. Our state association limits us to 1 coach and a group of 4 players (no you can't add more coaches to allow for more players) until the end of the school year. Given these stipulations, how have you organized/conducted sessions in an efficient manner? Looking for ideas on how we can follow along with the rules, but still allow the kids to get the work in. Thanks!
