What do you do to build togetherness with your o-line?

Come up with a nickname or slogan for your guys. I've even gone to the extreme of putting it on a t-shirt they can wear under their shoulder pads.
Also, make them understand that you're not belittling the rest of their teammates, but that you truly believe that they are the most important part of the team. Express to them that you love them and that if they believe in each other, the sky is the limit.

Ours are the F5 (forgotten five). They have really rallied around that and now we have an F5 award at the end of the year banquet for the outstanding lineman.

I Like to beat them into submission during individual and make them hate my guts that way they all have one thing in common, a hatred of me......

Wintol, our HC is also the OL coach (we run wing T as well) and he absolutely rides our OL. He literally forges a bond between the guys with a mutual hatred of him. He stays on his OL like nobody's business but it works for us. We have averaged 4,679.5 yds of offense per year (346.6/game) and 283 yards rushing per game. I say if it ain't broke don't fix it.

All OL kids like to eat as does their ol coach!! Me. So we try and break bread together one night a week during the season and at least once a month during the off-season. I usally have them over to the house and we eat pizza or pasta's and then they play PS2 against my son and each other for awhile.

I don't necessarly want the line to truly hate me but they know during practice, half time and films chances are they are gonna get their a$$ chewed for something and they know we pull no punches with them. They are pissed and upset at me and the other coaches at times I am sure and they all get it through out the season so I think that helps them come together as a kind of lets show those a-hole coaches. As far as truly making them hate me...I doubt they do all the time but I am sure there are plenty of times when they do for a little bit It works well for us we have had over 3,500 yds rushing the past two seasons I have worked with our line
