Do any of you guys have senior interviews during the beginning of summer before their senior year starts? This would be a time to go over how they have progressed both in the classroom and on the field, see what summer camps they plan on attending (or should attend), goals for their senior year, expectations of seniors, etc...
If so, do you have a sheet with the questions asked, that you could share with me?
TIA

We do it for the full team: Present summer opportunities: Camps, Strength Program, Open Fields (that is our summer work football specific program 2X a week for 1.5 hours), 7 on 7's. Have sign up forms and camp brochures. If kids attend our camp they get transportation and meals en-route to other camps. And finally we have senior and parent meeting time to talk about expectations, servant leadership, and recruiting process. It isn't perfect, still miss on the freshmen kids.
