How do you coaches break up responsibilities between your Oline coaches? For example if you have 2 Oline coaches do you have 1 of them take Centers and Guards and the other take Tackles during practice??

Depending on how balanced you are.... it is nice to break it down by pass/ run blocking. We focus a lot on technique and it is easy to have one in charge of each, with the other helping out. It also helps in gameplanning and teaching the gameplan for the week.

Our TE coach will work with my OT's during run game breakdown, but once they leave I have all of them. It really works well having one guy work with centers and guards and the other guy working with OT and TE.

agree with coachjd. We have one O-line coach, but when we work run plays with the TEs the TE coach takes the OT's and TE's while the OL coach takes the C's and G's.

I agree with tog for a mix-up. We all start together for sled, chute, and board drills. Then, we usually have a playside/backside split with the starting Center going with the PS and the back-up Center going with the BS. Then, flip the Centers/Coaches the next day. Also, like someone said, it depends on practice planning and what we want to concentrate on for the week.
