Preston Smith (#6 olb) was a qb in h.s. and was recruited as such by Louisville. He was the inside back on the left side and Nate Harris (#10 mlb) is the only back on the right side. Snap went to Smith on the left and he gave an inside handoff to Harris running left behind Barnidge.
Barnidge (82) was the right guard and pulled left to trap the 2nd man down the los. Cards have had good success w/ that play 3-4 times the past couple of years.

I didn't catch this, but the commentators said that they ran some kind of reverse action off that fake as well.
