play?
WVU... snaps the ball, and the entire o-line... never moved... ever...
Kid caught the pass and scored a td... and the entire o-line, had not moved out of their stances yet?

seems like they run that play once a game. was a game earlier in year where they did it BACK-TO-BACK. guess the premise is much like that of a "false start" type influence ... where defense thinks the play is going to be blown dead... and/or ... the front, by keying ol will be slow out of their stance and not be involved with the play going outside. ?

What's the big deal, My O Line looks like that at least twice a game. Coach Geiser

Maybe they feel like it gives their receivers a step on DB's reading the uncovered Lineman? Better start preparing the kids for a "No-Hat" read!

The first time I saw the play in the regular season, the defense fired across the line and then stopped as White rolled outside. Worked well then, didn't seem to work so well yesterday.

WATCH THE BALL! (I can think of an additional wrinkle to put in my D-Line "watch the ball" drills."

One of their coaches (WR) told me last year they (WVU) freeze the OLineman when the "D" jumps offsides on an encroachment penalty. By freezing the OLineman, it leaves no doubt in the Line Judge's mind whether it was encroachment or false start. Anyway, I think you will see it with an encroachment call. Still neat to watch.
