For those of you who don't do a lot during summer, are you able to have spring practice? Do you have a lot of participation? How do you handle that with kids playing multiple sports? We utilize 3-4 days of spring ball. We have so many kids in baseball and track that we wait till they are done to start spring ball. That means we might have four days or we might have two.

We go 8am - Lift 9am - Position Drills/Combative Drills 930 - Conditioning Monday Wednesday Friday All June All July unitl 2-a-days
Then July we do practice with just helmets 6pm-7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.

June Tuesday-Thursday 8 am - 11 am
July Monday-Friday 8 am - 11 am
Last Summer we got in 27 Summer Dates by the end.
