The same way I do for 10. I know a lot of people who will write that you have to start trimming stuff back to lessen the grind and keep kids enthused- but truth is if you arent keeping things upbeat and kids enthused to begin with then 10 weeks will be too much of a grind.
Whatever it is you do weeks 1-11 keep it up, its what got you to week 16.

I agree with not cutting a whole lot. Tomorrow is Monday. So we are gonna squat in the Wt room. We r gonna do pursuit. Install. Indy. Inside run. Team and a speciality period. The one allowance I make is I get our backups a couple more reps. Especially if they return next year.

Do the same things every week until you get to week 16. You can't just sit there and say we'll we're doing this so we are ready week 16... We drill our kids in the playoffs that every week is their last week we don't plan for the future in the playoffs. And approach each practice just like a regular one.
Now having said that I coached on a team that made back to back state title games, 16 games each season, and after a while you do have to cut back it's just the nature of the beast. Keep them sharp but in reality you can't be out there banging their heads in each week. Bring out the bag brigade for team stuff and almost all drills. Cut back indy time and work assignments more than anything. Heck if you're lucky to get to week 16 you got some dudes on the team who know how to play, gotta throw them a bone at some point.
