Dang, I just read this article this morning and came to post it.
Not that I'm against youth in coaching, but it blows me away that some of these young guys can convince administrators to hire them with basically zero experience. I suppose if you're inexpensive, they'll take a flyer on you. Good on these kids.

its d3, said there on 3rd coach in six years or something, the ad sounds like he was open to anything, a school that goes through that much change must have something, d3 don't pay much, hardin use to have the youngest coach, I think he was 24

Just read the article, the guy is at East Texas Baptist, which is also a D-III school.
