Anybody have some drills they do with a pop-up dummy? We just recently bought one and I have some things I learned at a clinic, just wanted to see what some of you have to offer.

Offensive work: WR-swim or rip release off the LOS w/routes; stalk block downfield; backs kick out block-run or pass
Defensive work: set 3 or 4 in line - alternate sides-swim or rip; used with DL with blow delivery, work down the line and swim or rip, attack and tackle 2nd pop-up
Use your imagination or create situations
Also, Gilman has video tapes and maybe, Rogers has a free demonstration tape

thanks oldebuck. I have been mostly working on the WR release with the Dummy. Saw it at a clinic and it was very effective. mikewdw I bought the Rogers dummy, it is getting a lot of use. The kids like to bash it and see how fast they can knock it down. I have let them know that if it doesn't hit the ground they aren't hitting it hard enough. Also, it is great for the RB's to cut between. It gives a pretty good jolt. I really like it and will probably get a couple more in time.
