...run any other offense besides the one you prefer the most. What would it be and why?

It would be the single wing because I think it is beautiful to watch. of course so is a 50 yd pass in the air but I have no one that can throw that far.

go from one-back zone to veer.
The focus on execution and stress on a defense is why I would choose it (and the ability to throw in triple option without changing the world).

I would go from our modular gun zone read/veer stuff off of jets to flexbone/doubledive

Tog, I would have to agree with you, i think if you can get a team to run the Army Flex bone, you can get them to do a lot of things.

Double Wing because the chicks dig it.

Last time I showed a chick my double wing she giggled.... Most don't like two of them, they prefer one.... or an empty back set if they swing the other way.

The Steve Owen "A" formation with half-spin series, updated with a split end and modern (WCO, Air Raid, Bunch Attack) passing concepts: savefile.com/files/30426 Because it's easy to teach, an order of magnitude more contrarian than the single wing, and fun to watch. Plus you don't need a dual-threat runner-passer to make it go.

Change from a multiple 2-back offense (Belly Series, Lead Series, Quick Passing Game, etc) to Wishbone Option.
I won't...but if I HAD TO....

I hate to say this....Straight T BEAUTIFUL offense. I'd flexbone it...............heck, I still haven't decided on my prefered offense, so this may be the first choice. In which case, according to the rules of this thread, I can't use it SO................. My first choice is polecat, my second is undecided

Mouse Davis Run and Shoot. My college offense and my first offense as a head coach. my college offense as well but if I can't do what we do I am assuming it is because we can't throw and catch like we need/want to so I went to more of a goundpound look instead. BTW, what is making us change our offense? Is it the talent available? The parents? The booster club? The school board?

Instead of spread Gun, I'd run the Flexbone Option offense.

Jeff the Expert is asking for the change If Jeff is asking for the change I am going to his patented 3/5 step drop passing attack. The QB just picks one(3 step or 5 step) and the WR just gets open. It's so easy for the kids to understand it blows my mind how genius it is. It's great because the kids only need to know two plays, Pass and punt. (But you will never need the punt)

I would probably go wing-t as the double wing gets some of its stuff from the wing t

I am very intrigued by the answers given. It seems most would go to an older scheme based on high reps vs # of plays. I would go to the WCO in some form depending on talent levels. It is very adaptive to the skill of the QB. It is very effective both with strong armed QB and Weak armed QB. Decision making is the key to the offense and the ability to get out of a bad play at the LOS. I love the WCO for its ability to take what the defense gives with both the pass and the run. It is the offense that I played in and have the most experience coaching so I am heavily influenced.

You will all laugh, as I am a 100% true DW'er and {censored} proud of it. However if I were FORCED to change, I'd hook up with Steve Spurrier and have him teach me the old Florida stuff. I love the Ole Ball Coach. I even like visors.
Either that or I would stay old school and run some of the old Side Saddle T stuff that I have seen from Coach Wyatt. In 1959 Brown ran Side Saddle T and it is some truly amazing stuff.

Right now we are a 1/2 back zone team. I think that I would either go to a split back veer or the Emendorfer spread stuff (Although we already run a lot of the Emendorfer/Coverdale/Robinson) routes and passing game so maybe that doesn't count as a new system. I always think double wing would be boring as hell to coach in, but have admired the teams that do it.

I could see you in a visor Knighter! A Mountain Dew Visor!
If I HAD...and I repeat HAD to change...probably the Flexbone...or if I could get my hands on it the T formation Stanford used to run. Most likely the Flexbone.
