A lot of good information and they seem to add content pretty regularly.

We have a membership and have found it useful. But nobody writes about what we do on offense. It's all RPO right now. Lol.

Their defensive and special team articles always seem to be relevant. I agree that offense can get a little "flavorful of the month" from time to time. But, I still think it's well worth it

There is a lot of great information though. Plenty to dig through.

Yeah they haven't seemed to cover much else outside of Spread RPOs and TCU-esque coverage schemes neither of which I'm too interested in but bc I coach both sides of the ball I read through some of them anyhow

I honestly never found their stuff too mind blowing, I dunno.
I agree with others that the emails I get from them are always "101 ways to RPO your cat" or some such silliness.

I guess to me that's not true. Yes they have doen reports on RPO and 4-2-5.
But also on the 3-4, cover 4, defending the wing-t, how to attack with the wing-t, etc..
To each it's on.

What's the advantage of X and O Lab's over Glazier?

Cheaper, IMO , and more reports to read , glazier u get film access to videos some that are hard to find. But in this day and age of YouTube and Twitter. You can find just about anything, and details on it too !

I have a subscription and I absolutely love it. It gives me tons of stuff to read while my students are working on an assignment or taking a test. Yes, there is a ton of RPO stuff being published now but all you need to do is search the site for older articles for things like flexbone, traditional power, etc. I also really like how in depth many articles will go with their discussion on actual technique and just scheme ideas.

Also, their 'reports' never really did much for me, maybe I was reading them wrong or something. It wasn't useful to read "32% of coaches use a double humdinger technique on this play" when I'm not necessarily sure that 32% of coaches aren't a bunch of slappies who just like wearing whistles.

I had free access thru a account on my old staff. Some of the stuff was ok. But after I saw a article on defense by a guy with 12 wins in the last 6 years and his teams d gave up just under 35 a game last year kind of take it with a grain of salt.

Worth the price....I like all the videos they include. as far as the RPO's go, I do read them not because we run them but I know that we will face a couple of jackwagons who think they are Baylor and it helps to know what they are trying to do
