Lots of good ones...
My all-time favorite is "The Longest Yard". The original, American version. Not the ones about soccer or the re-make abortion with Adam Sandler.
Love that movie on so many levels...the anti-authoritarian message, the win-at-all-cost mentality of the Mean Machine, the black and white convicts working together to inflict as much pain and suffering on the guards...just a great film. They don't make 'em like that any more.
How about you guys?

Both of those are good. Any movie in which the offense runs the wishbone or split back veer. Rudy When The Game Stands Tall We Are Marshall The Program All The Right Moves and the genius of running the "6-2 Stack Monster....A Goal Line defense in the middle of the field? I don't think that's ever been done before...."

Agree, but if Steph Djordjevic wouldn't have committed that costly PI it's all over .

We Could Be King. Undefeated. We Are Marshall. Little Giants. I just watched "We Could Be King". Great story. Dontae Angus...what a beast! Lots of respect for the HC...from 0 and Forever to 2nd Place in the City Championship is seriously impressive! And the guy coached not even knowing if he would have full-time employment. Great film!

The Best of Times Reno Hightower was the best movie QB of all time. When Reno Hightower was a prick, he was the greatest QB in the history of South Kern County.

I liked "Remember the Titans" because it was very reminiscent on my HS career (except we didn't win state championship) that took place around the same time.
Also "We Are Marshall" because my college team played the "Young Herd" one depicted in the movie. Our team had actually flown into Huntington for a game three weeks before their plane crashed.

Not in my top 5, and a bit over blown, but I'm surprised nobody brought up "Any Given Sunday" if for nothing more than the "Inches Speech".
I used to coach for a guy who LOVED that speech, and we'd listen to it multiple times a season

Any Given Sunday is a good movie, but it's not even in my top 10.

By far the one I have watched the most, Little Giants. If you're not running The Annexation of Puerto Rico, you're costing your kids games. Make sure to delete this off your computer as soon as your read it. Hopefully I have strong enough encryption, but even if I don't I am bouncing this off several foreign severs and three satellites. My location should be hidden. But obviously The Annexation of Puerto Rico is an acronym for TAOPR. Flip it backwards an apply the Illumanti algorithm. You see it don't you? IT IS SO OBVIOUS!! FACEMELTER!! Now delete this off your computer!!
