I'm working on putting together some summer youth clinics. The local youth organization is telling me that they can't sponsor these clinics for whatever reason. The school says we can use the facilities, but their insurance doesn't cover something like this.
So, anyone have any recommendations for insurance sources, and what type of package, I should be looking to find to cover this? We're looking for covering running and jumping type activities, limited equipment (bags and mats), and that's about it.
Any recommendations/suggestions here?

Most associations need you to sanction clinics and camps so the school and states castrophic insurance will kick in if anything happens

I am the 2nd year HS HC here. I was in survival mode last year so this wasn't a concern.
This year, I've been talking with the local youth organization, they do all the sports not just football, and thought we had a path to get this done. Now my contact says that they can't do the non-sport-specific clinics or something. So I'm trying to figure out what he is saying/meaning and how I can do this. I'm not looking for a football specific clinic, just speed, agility, quickness training for local youth. Of course the clinic t-shirt will have references to football and the coaches working it will be from the staff.

Speed camp?
Shouldn't need really anything but a waiver But it would help probably that each kids parents puts insurance info on the signup sheet just like they would when signing up for school sports and have them sign a med consent

I just have all of our youth campers sign a waiver form (okay their parents sign it). It just says we are not liable for any injury sustained in the course of the camp.
