We don't have formal meetings but we do stick around in the office after practice is over. It's not official,, though, and guys leave as they need to leave.
We don't launder practice clothes. We just never have and it doesn't look like we're going to start. We have two padded practices a week. no matter what circumstance a kid is in there's no reason why he can't take his stuff home after Thursday's practice and have it clean (or clean-ish) by Tuesday.
As far as watching practice film, that's what HUDL is for. I'm the OL coach. I have no interest in or need to hear about the WR's phoking up pass patterns. I don't even know our pass patterns.

We stay after practice awhile but it's nothing formal. We end up talking for close to an hour but no one is required to stay.

We're about 10 min. HC asks what we want on next practice schedule, any schemes that aren't working, and usually a few jokes and sarcasm

As a HC I always tried to respect that my staff had families and other things to do after practice that were equally as vital to them as coaching (if not more). Unless I was coaching in college, I'd never consider taking up that much time after a practice. Exactly how I feel. At some point you reach diminishing returns - both with players and coaches.
