We have a rare Saturday evening game this week. Want to do a spaghetti feed for the kids. My question is what time should they eat for a 7 pm game?

Our Friday night games are at 7:00 PM. We eat at 3:30 if at home and at 3:00 if on the road.

You want to eat 3-3.5 hours before game time. Plenty of time to digest, drop a deuce, but not feel hungry during the game.
You won't get much in terms of energy/glycogen from the pregame meal, that comes from breakfast/supper night before. However you do get some quick boost, trace minerals for energy output. Make the meal light, yet balanced. The big thing is liquid intake; you should be close to maximum hydration before hand, but wash down the baloney/chicken/spaghetti/etc with plenty of fluid to make sure you're running at peak efficiency.
One thing also, don't forget the fruit/veg. Make it something they'll not want to turn down, even if it is apple sauce. The trace minerals and vitamins are crucial for energy output. Try to make it a mix of stuff to get maximum usage.
