Used to get these through Boombah but they no longer make turf shoes that are water resistant. Anybody know of another option other than $100+ soccer or baseball turf shoes?

I bought some the other day at Bass Pro for $40. Not a bad deal.

What's the difference between 'turf shoes' and regular comfortable running shoes? I wear runners but if there's something more comfortable to be in then I'm happy to consider an alternative

I have liked the turf shoes because they are light like running shoes, but gave better traction in wet grass/mud and were waterproof. Now, I can't seem to find turf shoes ANYWHERE that are waterproof/resistant.
From what I'm seeing it looks like the hiking shoes are supposed to offer the same traction, but I've never worn them before.

Golf shoes. Good traction and water "proof"

Just bought NIKE golf shoes for sidelines...
Bermuda is longer on football field than a golf course...so I figure I get the benefits of turf shoes, comfort of tennis shoes and some what water proof abilities of a golf shoe...
We will see how it goes
