I am trying to print out Proscout Help files but when I do they images do not print. I have even tried to print the help file to Adobe PDF and still no images. Does anyone know why?

Have not printed them...
Call Russ at the support number, he is awesome.
On a side note, the upgrades are awesome for Por Scout.

Coach,
How do I go about getting the upgrades for ProScout? Were they supposed to mail it out or do I need to contact a sales rep? Thanks in advance.
Sincerely, Coach D

Edison,
Thanks. Yea I have heard the upgrades are great. I will go ahead and give them a call and see how much I will have to kick out for the upgrades, lol. I guess the old saying is true, "nothing in life is free." But I definitely want the upgrades so I will give them a call. Thank you again.
Sincerely, Coach D

IF you agree to upload your game video the upgrades are free.

Oh ok, thank you SLS. I am going to give them a call (or write an email) and see what the whole deal is, but basically what you are saying is that if you upload your game film to their website than the upgrades are free?
Sincerely, Coach D

Yes, I know some people have had some problems, but I have been using them for about 16 months and they have been awesome. I have no complaints! Is it as good as DSV, probably not, but it cost a whole lot less.

Yea I have the ProScout software too, and I have used it somewhat. I have found it a little time consuming, but hopefully with these new upgrades, it will be a little more user-friendly. I heard the main new feature is that the software now cuts up the film by itself without you (the user) having to do this. What are some of the other "features"?
Sincerely, Coach D

Yes, it will cut itself, but I still cut with the manual start stop cut controls in order to get tight sharp cuts on my plays.
The best part of the upgrade is that the program is much more asthetically (sp) appealing and more user friendly.
The upgrade that I am most excited about (coming in july) is the ability to burn to straight to your internal DVD burner.
Remember all programs are time consuming until you master it.
