Hi Coaches,
I am looking at starting up a team and would love to connect with people who have themselves or have connections to 2nd Hand equipment.
With that in mind I am looking for helmets, facemasks, pads, jerseys, pants, belts for JV through to V age ranges.
Also, I would like to be able to gather training equipment such as blocking pads/shields, dummies, pop-up dummies, sleds etc.
If anyone has contacts to an organization or have themselves a large quantity of gear that they are looking to unload I would appreciate the feedback.
Currently I am looking for funding and its all early stuff yet, but I want to load the equipment into a shipping container and freight it out here to Ozzy.

Not sure what the shipping costs would be but I know this site has a classifieds section that has a fellow user offering up about 100 helmets for sale.
Also, the South Carolina association site (www.schsl.org/bullet.htm) has a long list of equipment for sale including headsets, helmets, football socks, end zone cameras and some weight room pieces.

There's lots of stuff laying around in the back closets of folks here, the problem is going to be getting it into the container.

There's lots of stuff laying around in the back closets of folks here, the problem is going to be getting it into the container. That's the biggest issue of them all. Shoot, you could call around to those play it again stores and buy up their inventory but the shipping costs would be pretty high.

If you a close to a college/university call their Director of Football operations guy.. We get tons of stuff they don't use. We have enough practice pants to fit an army. All of which were donated. Same goes for Dummies/Equipment. Now some of the stuff you might have to pay for. We bought a Running Back Guantlet for 35$ that was 3 years old.. You can find great deals. More so if their has been a recent change in staff

$35? That seems like a really bizarre price.
