I am as asst. AD and my supplement is about $1800 here in NC. I dont know that I have a written job description. My job is to help the AD. I cut alot of grass for him, especially our practice field, I keep our fields painted. I help him with eligibility paperwork. I will cover a few home games for him during basketball and baseball season when we have a busy week. And I'm there just for him to bounce ideas off of.

Cool, That's kinda what I figured it was.
Our school right now the ad is the hs principal. And they are opening an assistant ad spot
Well there is about 20 different things listed, and most of them to me seem like what the ad is suppose to do. Example Approve all po Approve all schedules Get workers for every sport Approve all sports budgets etc etc
Only think not listed is go to state clinic to the ad meetings in the summer. 3 grand stipend, and still a full teaching load, I figured with all the stuff listed they might get someone out of at least 1 Class period to domaine of these things

I have two Assistant AD's. They each get $2,369.00.
One does transportation, players clearance, and transfers. He handles any issues with Diamond sports.
The other keeps track of the budget. He also handles any issues with Aquatic sports, Wrestling, and Track & Field.
