I posted this question a while back on here but I am looking to see if there is more questions that I can add. If you were meeting with a successful head coach to find out what makes his program successful, what would you ask him? Thanks

The day to day task that affect your program, but are not football related. One of the draws of my potential other job, is learning the administrative sides of being a HC. And that is the side that is tricky. learning how to manipulate the system to your liking, no matter how you do it. Lots of things that affect your program but have little to do with plays and schemes.

What is the one aspect of your program (other than players) that you'd attribute your success to?
What is your philosophy in the weightroom, film room and practice? How do you prepare for the season and for opponents?
What are some areas that are critical to your success that could be applied at any program? (Obviously a large school that platoons will have differences in what they can do compared to a small non-platoon team.

Approach to meetings Offseason Philosophy - encourage 2/3 sport athletes or not (truthful answer), wt room, speed work, summer camps Fundraising Practice Schedule Coaching breakdown per level (coach together, separate, mixed) Delegating Role in recruiting Alumni relations (proactive or reactive)
What does your program do better than the others?
