We do not. Reminds me of a story Chuck Klausing, the legendary wing-t coach, told at a clinic on why he did not do stickers. He was coaching at Pitt and they awarded stickers when he was there. So he decided not to give one of his RB's a sticker for something because he thought the player didn't give enough effort in the game. As he was walking out to his car the player ran out of the building and was screaming at him about the sticker and chased him around his car demanding he get a sticker for the game. Until other people calmed the player down. Turns out it was Craig "Ironhead" Hayward that was after him. He said after that he never thought stickers were a good idea.

Until this year, our helmet stickers were for academics only. I flew our staff to Arizona State this spring and met with coach Graham and his staff. They give helmet decals "during the game" for certain things. We are going to implement this next season. One side of our helmet will be strictly for grades, while the other will be for 3 & outs and turnovers.

We started only giving them out after wins last season. We will go with that plan as well again this year.
