So I am looking for a sled to teach hip roll for OL. I know that the LEV sled must be given a blow to compress a head before the hips can roll through. The TEK sled appears to unlock upon blow delivery but then will twist like a defender would. Here is a video on the TEK Sled www.rogersathletic.com/teksled_videos/My question is, what is the difference between the two?

Of the two I think the TEK sled is more realistic, but either way you are still hitting a sled. I'd try to find a school near you that has one and go look at them in person.

I had the sled that moves with you at my last school. It's a very good sled but I didn't feel it was worth the extra thousands it cost.
