Im looking for a video, maybe a 3 to 4 minutes long of big hits. We have a big district game coming up and I wanted to show my defense something to get them fired up. We dont fly around and swarm like we need to, so Im trying whatever I can think of to get them going. Anyone have any videos saved? Thanks.

there is a 4 minute greatest hits mpeg on Limewire if you are looking for a quick video. Otherwise, why not just cut up a sample of various NCAA teams that run your defense, and tell the kids that THIS is the way you play defense. In years past, I've cut up Va Tech (we run a 42) ABC broadcasts versus Miami, Auburn, Virginia, etc....just to show them the kind of speed and pursuit "this defense" is supposed to look like. Amazingly, it actually got the message across. Also, try ramping up the intensity of your practices (maybe by simplifying it). but here; video.download.com/3800-11177_53-6079.html?tag=vdl_prefs_watch_tmpthat one is pretty darn brutal my favorite; dick butkus

If you go on www.youtube.com and have a nose about for NFL biggest hits and the such in the search engine, there are plenty of compilations to look over! Hope it helps. Matt
