If anyone goes to see Rick Darlington, I would love to get a copy of the notes. I won't be able to make it up to CHicago.
Thx

Based in his online Glazier content, yes. Makes me want to be running Single Wing Power Off-Tackle & Sweep with the occasional Wing Counter Trey every time I've watched them!

Bolden from Colerain, OH is solid on running flexbone/option too! Kinda interested to see both of those guys talk about the defensive side of the ball.

He is good and has great teams. Obviously he has a lot of talent, but has done a good job of matching his personnel with his schemes. His online clinics are very useful and practical.

Yes. Found it interesting how wide he liked to play everyone & everything! Definitely no room for slower, tubby guys...and geared towards helping play the zone/spread game. In my opinion we'll see too much TEs & Power/Counter/Iso to do that. However, the Varsity DC & I both think we might go with a DE alignment of a 7i on a "ghost" TE versus open end looks.
Depending on personnel, I do like how he played his SS with outside leverage on #2. Keeps a lot of things inside where you have 9 more defenders to help.

How was Golla from Bakersfield? He had a few different sessions, but I was at the hidden keys in the 3-3 defense and blitz package. The blitz package was pretty basic, but I really liked his hidden keys and how they run their practices. He's a good speaker, very quick and to the point. He said he has a "Fundo" DVD for sale and that's what everyone there wanted. They pick 4 basic things they think need to do well in order to win and start each practice with a station dedicated to those 4 things, 5-7 minutes each. Had some really good drills, some things I've never really thought of. Went into detail about what they are looking for in each position.
