For those of you who have Athletic PE, what's your schedule like in-season?
We are getting a class next school year during 0 period. This is early morning (6-7 am) and we do not have a lighted field to practice on.
What would you guys do before school and after school? Not including the class, we have 15 hours of practice we can use in one week.
Also, what do you guys do when the season ends but you still have weeks left before Winter Break?

Coach, we have a freshman and varsity period. During season we take the A team out side o Monday for position work and the B team will go to the weight room. We switch on Tuesday. The team that did not go to the weight room during the period will go after practice. We have 55 minutes in this period. Varsity is an hour and a half so we go 35/35 film etc/weight room. 15 hour of practice..we are limited to 8 hours. Once our season ended we went right to off-season. We ended mid November and had 5 weeks until the Christmas break. We also keep the weight room open over the holidays. We just can't open on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December.

Lift Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Athletic development Tuesday. Free cardio Thursday, per the department rules.
I have hours 1,3,4,5,6. Another teacher has hour 2. Working on offering it as an early bird course as well. Can handle 24-32 students per class. If it is offered 7 classes a day, potentially can get 150-200 students working per day.
