Looking to see how time is spent by other programs at large classification schools with mostly one way players. We all have a handful that work both sides of the ball, but just wanting to see how others plan their practices from an offensive and defensive standpoint. For example: how much 1's on 1's do you do? vs. scout team? indy and group time? Team vs. halfline drill or hull time? etc... I'm basically wanting to see if I can pick up something new that will help. Our football program has become competitive within our district but we haven't gotten over the 4th to 5th place hump yet. I'm looking at all angles to help our program improve. Any ideas you'd like to share would be appreciated.
