Coaches,
What does everyone wear for coaching in practice and games? For a while I have worn Nike Turf Shoes but they have completely worn out and need to buy a new pair but having trouble finding some. I wear a size 16.

Might check the softball site Boombah. It's a shoe for Men's softball but you can customize it to your school colors etc for a reasonable price last time I checked 40-60 bucks. I've had close to 4 pair and I use them during the summer for softball and turn around and use them for football and they usually last 2 seasons if I don't just trash them. I'll check again and see how big the sizes go.

Nike Lunar MVP Pro Pregame
I wear 15's and these things hold up well. I find them comfortable.
They are not like turf cleat, but they have some grip.

Coach oline wear a 14 never had any problems doing demos in pretty much anything from tennis shoes to flip flops on turf.

We actually do not have turf yet I just like the turf shoes because it is not quite a cleat but gives better support and does not ruin everyday shoes and keeps the feet dry.

Biggest pain in the ass about our field turf is how it sticks to your shoes and socks. I can knock my shoes together for 5 min after practice and the damn stuf ddon't come off. The fake grass as my wife calls it ( cajun girl) gets Everywhere the carpet , car washer machine and don't come up for {censored} with the vacuum. Lucky for me it's about her only complaint about me coaching.

I don't know if all field turf is the same, but our field had that granulated rubber under the turf. I was up in the box on gamedays, so I'd have to cross the field before and after the game and twice at halftime, and I would invariably end up w/ half the granulated rubber in my shoes. It was unbelievable.
