on my hands now that our season's over, but maybe not. What do you think of this? Take a couple of FB types and align them like guards, then put the guards beside them, then your tackles. Take the 2 FBs and step them back just far enough to where they are off the LOS. Is this a bad idea? Seems like you could get some good trap angles, maybe some wham, plus you got 2 eligible guys coming out of the middle. What do you think?

A guard is just a fullback that fumbles. I say save yourself the trouble and put those glorified linemen on the line!

I like it...
Talking about out flanking the defense...
That formation would be nothing but a Sloted Diamond...

Can you see the Down, Down, Down, Kick Out, Lead up potential on the Off Tackle?
How about some Veer Option?
You got the stones to make this happen?

We still have 3 teams in our conference that use that for punts. We even put it in once this year, because the outside gunner on a team was so quick.

Come to think of it that's our punt formation. Was thinking about the angles on blocking and play action possibilities.
