This is proof that I work at the worst high school in America. I had to tell our offensive line/ strength coach today that he couldn't come to our off season workouts anymore due to the fact that the school board didn't know he was there. The AD knows he is there. The Super knew he was there. I want him there.......This was the same assistant that got suspended for swearing and served his 2 game suspension. He has done a lot for our kids he has been to every offseason workout and to a bunch of basketball games and wrestling matches. We have pretty much followed all of his workouts and his philosophies on weight training. In the community he has made strides also but no one will give this guy a break. The kids like the guy, he is young energetic and a great motivator. He is thinking about moving on to another district(rival) Anyone have any Idea what to do??? Im looking for any opinions on this situation good, bad, or ugly......HELP
