I am working on putting together a grading matrix for the leaders ( eventually everyone ) on my football team. I want it to be something in which the players can self evaluate and coaches can evaluate players with and it is pretty inclusive. I have included an attachment of my 1st and very rough draft of this matrix. I am looking for anyone else that may have done this before, anyone that wants to look at what I have done and offer constructive criticism, or just your simple thoughts on the subject.
